YOU ARE IN DANGER, YOU ARE THE DANGER

YOU ARE IN DANGER, YOU ARE THE DANGER

One point which I fail to understand through the history of Indian Politics, and in every election that why the Muslims should be treated as a separate population all through. Not only elections, in these times of COVID 19 pandemic there is a serious attempt to classify them as separate. Earlier politics was a statement by so-called well-wishers who used to practice 'you are in danger if you are not with us'. Currently, a different group is raising its head saying, 'if you are not like us then you are the danger' and disrupting elements are celebrating both these statements.

They are not an oppressed minority class. Within them, there are rich and poor, educated and illiterate, the same as in others. A poor is a poor, irrespective of religion, an illiterate is illiterate, a slum is a slum, irrespective of the whether they go to Mosque, or temple, whether he goes to a Shia mosque or Sunni Mosque, whether he goes to Kali Temple or Hanuman Temple, whether he is from Bihar or Andhra, a slum remains a slum, a poor remains poor, his stomach has same hunger, his body has same needs. The same black fever, malaria, TB, Cancer, and COVID strikes all irrespective of religion, caste or creed, ignoring the place of worship, the bank balance, and the size of the house, if any.

When a virus or bacteria can strike without distinction and discrimination when a medicine also works without discrimination, is it necessary that people practice the Apartheid in its different definitions in the 21st century?

Should I hate my brother because he does not follow left views like I do?

Or should I unfriend my neighbor because he is a non-vegetarian and I am a vegetarian?

Why should I remove my employee because we vote for different political parties?

Then why everybody year after year isolate a big chunk of population branding them as 'hey you are Muslims, you are in DANGER"
Or more dangerously, 'You are The Danger'.

Let's stop both. Stop BOTH.

Let us stand by the Nation.
Nation First. Nationality First

  1. Very well written article which says we are all human and our needs are the same.

Communal hatred is the invisible cancer. Once it takes over the social structure it becomes uncontrollable. It eats the whole society alive bringing misery to all. Therefore it is the responsibility of everyone to exercise control make sure they are not an innocent party to spreading hatred. ๐Ÿ™ Madhava Kumar Turumella

  2. Very nicely articulated with facts
If we really understand this irrespective of any caste community then I think every pandemic cannot overpower us

  3. Well written thoughts expressed brilliantly. A timely article awakening us to respond without prejudice. It is, however, not out of place to mention that we must act and behave as per the norms of the society and the conditions prevailing in the country. We must be above the board so that no one points out his finger in our direction.

  5. Most contemporary subject and well expressed. Most dangerous part, a group of so called journalist exploiting their professional advantage and making the situation more worst.
