Love is not the Dove
Which flies away far.
Love is not, you enforce,
Love is not, you Bargain,
Love is not, you snatch,
Love is not, you fight for.
Love is not, you spend, impress,
Love is not, do it only to please,
Love is to be with the other,
And that pleases you both.
Love is, you extend hands,
And say, hold it dear, it's me.
Love is, resting a worried head,
On shoulder, and saying, I'm here.
Love is, you rush to pray,
To relax that, worried mind.
Love is, you tell the God,
Oh Lord, relieve them.
Love is, ready to sacrifice,
To feel that pleasure of one,
To rescue them, to contribute,
Love is sharing, not snatching.
Love is lovely, not the hate,
Love is proud, not the Ego,
Love is honey, not the money,
Love is beauty, it is the Duty.
Love, when one is sad.
Love, when one is in pain,
You love the needy, distressed,
You love God, through, the depressed.
Love? be right, not bargain Rights,
Love is to provide relief,
To one, who is in need,
Love the one, who responds with,
Love is, to share,
Love is, to love.
