Twinkle In Rusty House

Cat In A Dog's House

Gubli had a big house, and in the house, she had a Dog Family. A Papa dog, a big Rusty, a Mama Dog, a soft mother, Hony, taking care of everything, and a baby dog, a Babe. Mama dog used to cook the food whatever was brought by Rusty. Rusty used to work in the field, taking care of goats and sheep and also driving away thieves. Mama dog also sometimes used to help in guarding the house.

Gubli also had a Cat family, but Papa dog never liked the Cat family. He always said Cat's family do not do any work and used to frighten them away. Cat family also feared Rusty and Hony and never came to their house. Rusty also told Babe not to play with the Cats. Babe was all alone, with no friends, and he used to look at the Cats children who used to play together and think, why I cannot play with them.

One day, dad Cat Doushka was angry at something and scolded Twinkle. He shouted, you just now leave the house and don't come back. Twinkle was very afraid and angry also, and she left the house. But she did not know anything outside. She saw the house of Rusty, it was empty as Rusty was out on work, and Hony had gone to the supermarket. Babe also has gone to his music teacher. Twinkle went inside, she was feeling hungry.

There were three bowls of porridge on the table. She first went to the big bowl and touched it. Oh, it is too hot and too much, my tongue will get burn. She then checked the other one, a bit smaller. Oh, It is too cold and still too much for me. I will get throat pain. Then she checked the smallest bowl. Oh, it is fine. I can eat it all. And she ate it all. There was a glass of water near, and she drank the water also, as mom used to tell her, always drink water after a meal.

Twinkle did not know she ate all Porridge of Babe.

Then Twinkle wanted to have some rest. She sat on a big chair. Oh, it is very hard, I cannot sit. She then sat on the smaller chair. Oh, this is also hard, though not that much. Then she jumped to the smallest chair. She said, Oh, this is the softest chair. That big chair is so bad, that is the hardest of all.

And as she started dancing on the chair, the chair broke down. Twinkle jumped out and ran to the other room.

There were three beds. One was the biggest, and one was the smallest. And one was smaller than the biggest and bigger than the smallest. She sniffed at all the beds, and like the smell of the smallest bed. Jumped on that, and slept.

After some time, Hony and Babe came back. As Hony asked Babe to eat his porridge, both were surprised, Babe cried, someone has eaten my porridge, finished it and also drank my water.

Hony told Babe, ok, you sit in your chair, I will prepare more for you. But then Babe shouted, Mom-mom, someone has broken my chair.

At that time, Rusty also came in and saw a broken chair and an empty bowl of porridge for Babe. He said, must be that big cat Doushka, I will smash him today. They went to the bedroom.

Twinkle was sleeping on the bed of Babe. Twinkle was a very pretty cat, all white with only black eyes and nose. Hony saw Twinkle and shouted, this small baby cat has eaten porridge, broken the chair, and now using the bed of Babe, let us beat it. Twinkle woke up, and seeing the Babe and his parents, got afraid and started weeping, tears rolling down her cheeks. Babe remembers once he was hurt and was crying like this, and his Mom was tendering him so much. He thought this small beautiful Twinkle also is hurt and rushed to her side. He hugged Twinkle, do not worry, what is your name,  you sleep here. You know, the bed is quite big for me and both of us will sleep here. And we will play together also. Do not cry.

Twinkle felt very happy at the friendship of Babe. Rusty and Hony also saw their son comforting Twinkle and said, then both of you be here together, we will bring some breakfast for you. Hony said, But remember, do not break anything.

Babe was very happy about getting a new friend. He said, mom, do not worry, I will explain everything to my friend.

And after that, Twinkle always stayed with the Rusty family.
